Domain Northside, The Domain’s third and final phase, continues to land new tenants.

The latest additions include 24 Diner, Golden Bones Boutique, Hat Creek Burger Co., Jose Luis Salon, Orangetheory Fitness, Sway, Velvet Taco, Warby Parker eyewear and Erin Condren, a seller of planners and stationery.

In total, almost 100 shops and restaurants have now committed to Domain Northside, according to Austin-based developer Endeavor Real Estate Group.

Several businesses in Domain Northside’s Rock Rose entertainment district have already opened, with more expected to debut throughout the development in the coming weeks.

The new additions join several other previously announced tenants at Domain Northside, including anchors Nordstrom and RH Austin, a new Restoration Hardware concept. A boutique Archer hotel is also planned as part of the development.

RH Austin has a grand opening planned for Friday, while Nordstrom is set to open its doors Sept. 30.

More retailers will be announced soon, Endeavor executives said.

“We are thrilled about the businesses joining Nordstrom this fall and are working on several exciting announcements this spring to make Domain Northside the premier retail and lifestyle center in the southern United States,” said Endeavor principal Ben Bufkin.

Many of the businesses that have committed to Domain Northside are new to Austin and in some cases even new to Texas. Suitsupply, a seller of menswear, picked Domain Northside for its first Central Texas location, for example.

“We see a lot of our customers in Austin already buying from us online,” Suitsupply vice president Nish de Gruiter said. “Besides these statistics, we’ve received a large number of requests to open a store here. That led us to decide to open a full-blown store at the Domain Northside, for which we are very excited.”
