Whit Hanks Properties has sold a 29,739-square-foot shopping center at 1009 W. Sixth St. to Endeavor Real Estate Group.
The property’s tenant mix is dedicated exclusively to home furnishings and is also home to Whit Hanks Antiques. The shopping center sits on an acre in an area known for both home furnishing and antique shopping. It’s regarded as one of downtown’s best places to window shop.
Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours of CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s private capital group represented seller Whit Hanks. Financial terms of the deal weren’t released.
In January, Whit Hanks announced that he had sold another high-profile retail center also on the west side of downtown.
