Located at 5th Street and Bowie Street and along Shoal Creek, immediately adjacent to Whole Foods Markets’ flagship store, is Whole Foods East Block. A 5-story 145,150 SF Class A creative office building designed with a hospitality aesthetic, Whole Foods East Block features a forward-thinking design that embodies the company’s character and further helps to establish its iconic presence in Austin. The design of the building draws inspiration from nature and creates an immersive experience and amenity-infused space for employees. The project exceeds several environmental standards and received an Austin Green Building 2-Star sustainability rating.
