Citizen House Kyle (now the Chloe) is a 342-unit multifamily community located in Kyle, TX near the intersection of I-35 and Kyle Crossing. The 14.36-acre site was developed as part of Endeavor’s 65-acre, 200,000-square-foot mixed-use development called Dry River District. The project is positioned along a major transit corridor just 19 miles south of Austin and east of the City of Kyle’s planned billion-dollar Uptown Kyle mixed-use development.
