As Insurance Manager
- Stephanie is responsible for interfacing with commercial insurance agents on claims and daily risk management needs. She ensures that new legal entities and properties are added to the insurance program and removes properties that have been sold.
- She reads and interprets contracts, leases, and loan documents across the multi-family and development teams. She also works with the property management team to track certificate compliance for tenants and vendors.
- Her other duties include coordinating with various teams to gather accurate information for annual insurance policy renewal, working with accounting to make sure that premiums are allocated correctly to specific properties, distributing Certificates and Evidence of Property forms to property management teams, and responding to insurance carrier audits and loss control recommendations.
