Relevant Experience

As a Principal 

  • Shane focuses on office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use development. He participates in all aspects of the development life-cycle including acquisition, rezoning/entitlement, design, financing, construction, leasing, asset management, and disposition.

Since joining Endeavor

  • Shane has contributed to the development of projects with more than 2.4MM. These projects cover a variety of asset classes, including mixed-use buildings, office buildings, apartments, student housing, land development, and retail shopping centers.
  • He was instrumental in executing the development of Domain NORTHSIDE, a 40-acre mixed-use project. 
  • Other significant projects included Rock Rose (retail), The Lyndon at Springtown (student housing, mixed-use), Trinity at Left Bank (multifamily), Whole Foods Market – West Block (office), Dry River District (retail, mixed-use), and Bexley at Left Bank – Phase II (multifamily).
  • Shane played a crucial role in the initiation of Endeavor’s summer internship program and continues to oversee the effective management of the program and our campus recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining Endeavor

  • Shane started his career in the construction management industry working for a large commercial general contractor
  • In addition, Shane worked briefly as a Development Analyst for another commercial real estate development company
