Relevant Experience

Greg has been active in the hospitality real estate industry since 1996.

He spent the most recent 25 years of his career with JMI Realty LLC, a hospitality focused private equity firm that both acquired and developed hotel assets.

As Managing Principal

  • Greg is responsible for all projects that include a hotel component. Stand-alone hotel acquisition and development, and high-rise mixed-use urban in-fill development with a hotel component.
  • He is building out the Hospitality Group at Endeavor.

Since joining Endeavor

  • Greg has begun working with other Endeavor team members on existing hotel centric projects, including NoMad Nashville, Sheraton Salt Lake City, and numerous other mixed use and stand alone hotel projects.

Prior to joining Endeavor

  • Greg was the President of JMI Realty LLC, where he led both the acquisition team and the Ground up Development teams. During his tenure at JMIR, he led or participated in multiple projects including: Hotel Van Zandt in Austin Tx, Omni Hotel and Residences San Diego Downtown, Hotel Solmar (a Kimpton Hotel, Downtown San Diego), the Marriott Del Mar, as well as the renovation and repositioning of The Snow King Hotel in Jackson Hole Wy., the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, the Hotel Fontenot in NOLA, among others.
