As Regional Chief Engineer
- Gabriel brings a proven ability to develop and implement process improvement, increase efficiency, and reduced operating cost.
- Gabriel is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of Endeavor’s engineering and building technical operations, managing a staff of over 40 engineers within the Austin area.
- This includes overseeing large mechanical projects, developing and implementing processes and procedures, and monitoring the performance of the engineering department – all while keeping up to date with new technology and trends in the industry, as well as identifying and addressing problems or issues with existing building systems.
