As Fund Manager

  • Chase oversees all fund activities including investment management, investor relations, accounting, and compliance for Endeavor Opportunity Partners II & III, Endeavor’s flagship opportunistic real estate funds. 

Since joining Endeavor 

  • Chase has raised over $1B in fully discretionary equity commitments from private and public investors. He has overseen the deployment of EOP II commitments into twenty-four high-quality portfolio assets resulting in attractive, risk-adjusted returns for investors.

  • Master of Business Administration – Rice University
  • Bachelor of Science, Economics – United States Military Academy at West Point
  • Ranger and Airborne Qualified

Professional Involvement

  • Before joining Endeavor, Chase worked at Hines on the Investment Management team, where he helped oversee two opportunistic emerging market Funds and one U.S. Core separate account.
  • Chase served in the U.S. Army for seven years as an Infantry Officer. He ended his service to his country with the rank of Captain in command of a 140-man rifle company after two deployments to Afghanistan. Chase was awarded two Bronze Stars and the Meritorius Service Medal.
