Brittany oversees the design vision for Endeavor’s multifamily developments, ensuring that every detail—from architecture and interiors to landscaping, branding, and signage—reflects a cohesive and elevated experience. She oversees and directs the naming and branding of each project, creating unique identities that resonate with residents and set each development apart in the market.

Collaborating closely with architects, Brittany helps shape building elevations, unit layouts, and amenity space planning. She partners with interior designers to curate finishes that enhance both private and shared spaces and works with landscape architects to create inviting outdoor environments, including pool decks and courtyards. During construction, Brittany conducts site walks and makes critical field decisions to bring the design vision to life.
Since joining Endeavor
- Brittany has been pivotal in the success of several notable projects, including Solomon, Camber, The Mia, The Terrace, Legato, The Quincy, Pullman Gulch Union, and all Citizen House communities.
