2022
Completes 4-year process to rezone 305 South Congress, otherwise known as the Austin American-Statesman site. The future six-tower project is expected to have 1,378 residential units, 1.5 million SF of office space, a 275-room hotel, 150,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, and over 8 acres of public open space, improved public access to the waterfront, with rail and multi-modal integration.
Recognized as a Best Place for Working Parents by ASFDSDF.

Completes Citizen House Kyle, a 342-unit multifamily community located in Kyle, TX.
2021

Recognized by Austin Business Journal as one of Austin’s Best Places to Work.
Delivers The Quincy, a 30-story high-rise mixed-use project that includes 347 luxury apartments, 77,540 SF of office (three floors), and 10,359 SF of ground-level retail space in Austin’s historic Rainey Street District—a 2 Star rated Austin Energy Green Building Program project.
Completes Citizen House Decker, a 324-unit multifamily community in Austin, Texas.
Delivers Domain 12 as the co-developer with Cousins Properties, a 17-story, 320,102 SF Class-A office building at The Domain in North Austin, TX obtaining LEED® ASDFDS.
2020
Completes construction on 1200 Broadway, a 26-story mixed-use tower with 313 apartments, a 41,500 SF Whole Foods Market, 66,715 SF Class-A office space, and an additional 5,000 SF of retail/restaurant space in Nashville, TN—a LEED® Silver Certified project.
Delivers Saltillo, a Transit Oriented Development occupying 5 city blocks in Austin’s East side. Saltillo consists of 152,000 SF of office (100% leased to Google), 116,600 SF of retail space, and 703 apartment units. Anchored by a Whole Foods Market and Target. Saltillo is LEED® Silver Certified and Austin Green Building 2-Star. Saltillo received the “Project of the Year” award by the Austin Business Journal.
Completes construction on 1222 Demonbreun at Gulch Union, the first phase Gulch Union, in Nashville, TN, a striking 20-story, 324,254 SF Class-AA office building, including 5,836 SF of retail—a LEED® Silver Core & Shell Certified project.
Delivers Domain 10 as the co-developer with Cousins Properties, a 15-story and 299,679 SF of Class-A office space LEED® ASDFDS.

2019
Closes $382.5 million Endeavor Opportunity Partners II Fund (EOP II) as Endeavor’s primary investment vehicle.
Completes 901 E 6th office building in Austin’s east side, a 5-story Class-A 125,000 SF creative office project. Austin’s first commercial project to utilize Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) as a primary component of the building structure. The project achieved LEED® Gold Core & Shell Certification.
Delivers The Lyndon at Springtown San Marcos, TX, a 233 unit/515 bed student housing mixed-use project with 34,000 SF podium-style ground floor retail.
Completes Trinity at Left Bank Phase I (now Bexley at Left Bank) a 337-unit Class-A wrap multifamily project in Fort Worth, Texas, located within the mixed-use Left Bank development.
Delivers Rollingwood III a 5-story 128,000 SF office building adjacent to the CBD in Austin, TX— a LEED® Silver Core & Shell Certified project.
Delivers Domain 11 as the co-developer with Cousins Properties, a 15-story, 315,862 SF Class-A office tower at The Domain in North Austin, TX.

2018
Completes construction of Phase I of Belterra Village, a 200,000 SF retail development in Dripping Springs, TX anchored by Sky Cinema and Gold’s Gym with other retailers and restaurants including Breed and Company, Torchy’s Tacos, Hat Creek Burger, Juiceland, Pieous, and The League.
For a fourth year, The Austin American-Statesman recognizes Endeavor as one of the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.
2017
Completes construction of The Parke, a 380,000 SF retail power center in Cedar Park, TX anchored by Whole Foods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Nordstrom Rack, Michaels, Marshalls, and Ulta.
Delivers Domain 8, a 12-story, 291,058 SF Class-A LEED® Gold Core & Shell Certified office building at The Domain in North Austin, TX. Endeavor was the project developer for TIER REIT (now Cousins Properties).
For a third year, The Austin American-Statesman recognizes Endeavor as one of the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.
2016
Domain NORTHSIDE opens—which includes 610,000 SF of retail space, 563 multifamily units, Nordstrom’s new Austin flagship store, a dramatic RH Gallery from Restoration Hardware, and the 173-room Archer Austin boutique hotel. This phase introduced Rock Rose, a dining and entertainment district prominently featuring local culinary favorites. Domain NORTHSIDE is Austin Green Building 2-Star rated and Rock Rose District Austin Green Building 3-Star rated.
Delivers Domain 5, a 3-story, 74,987 SF Class-A creative office building designed by renowned architect Michael Hsu, a LEED® Silver core and shell building.
For a second year, The Austin American-Statesman recognizes Endeavor as one of the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.
Chosen as the developer for future redevelopment of The Austin American-Statesman waterfront site on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake at 305 South Congress.
2015
Endeavor dramatically expands its third-party leasing and management portfolio when it assumes responsibility for three of Downtown Austin’s top office assets—Frost Bank Tower, 300 West 6th, and One American Center.
Completes The Bowie, 36-story mixed-use building in downtown Austin consisting of 358 multifamily units, 41,000 SF of office, and 3,884 SF of retail. The Bowie is LEED® Silver Certified and an Austin Green Building 3-Star and its rooftop features the highest residential swimming pool in the state.
Completes Rollingwood Center I & II—a LEED® Silver Core & Shell Certified CBD adjacent office development consisting of two buildings totaling 215,000 SF.
Completes Domain 7, a 6-story, 221,973 SF Class-A office building at The Domain in North Austin, TX obtaining LEED® Silver Certification.
The Austin American-Statesman recognizes Endeavor as one of the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin.
2014
Bryce Miller, an Endeavor Co-Founder and Managing Principal, receives the W. Neal Kocurek Commercial Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award from the Austin Business Journal.
Completes IBC Bank Plaza – a 13-story, LEED Silver Certified, 195,279 SF class-A office building in downtown Austin which is named the Best Office Building Development in the 2015 Austin Business Journal Real Estate Awards.
Completes Champion Office Park, a premier Class-AA office development consisting of two 4-story buildings totaling 221,000 SF located at 360 & 2222 in Austin, TX.
Delivers 2021 E 5th Street a 30,452 SF Class-A office building in East Austin. This energy-efficient, state-of-the-art building was voted “Best New Commercial Office Space” by RECA in 2014.
Phase III of Southpark Meadows is completed. Comprised of 515,000 SF of retail space, it's anchored by Cinemark and Sam’s Club and establishes Southpark Meadows as Austin’s largest retail center totaling 1.6 million SF of retail. In addition to the retail components, Endeavor’s 435-acre Master Planned project includes: 670 multifamily units, 375 single-family homes, 150 townhomes, office condos, senior living facilities, 575 self-storage units, and 40 acres of parkland greenbelt dedicated to the City of Austin adjacent to a major tributary, Slaughter Creek.
2010
Chosen to partner with Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) to develop Freedom Crossing at Ft Sam Houston, a 200,000 SF shopping center.
Closes $51.1 million Endeavor Opportunity Partners (EOP) fund to invest in economically challenged real estate.
Expands warehouse component of Four Hands’ 150,000 SF headquarters.
2009
Signs the largest local office lease of the year with One West Bank that fills 174,000 SF Domain Gateway.
Launches Prophet Opportunity Partners with Prophet Capital Management—a $750mm CMBS oriented hedge fund.
Endeavor completes Phase II of Southpark Meadows, comprised of 850,567 SF of retail space anchored by SuperTarget and JCPenney.
2008
Purchases first phase of Southpark Commerce Center III and constructs final warehouse phase to complete 460,000 SF Industrial project.
Completes 1890 Ranch, an 850,000 SF lifestyle power center in Cedar Park, TX anchored by Super Target and Academy Sports + Outdoors.
Despite one of the worst retail environments in 20 years, the Endeavor leasing team achieves a 95% occupancy rate in projects across the company’s portfolio.
2007
The first phase of the Domain opens. A joint venture between Endeavor and Simon Property Company, this portion of the project includes 700,000 SF of retail space, 80,000 SF of office space, and 425 multifamily units.
Endeavor acquires the Offices at Braker, a 700,000 SF flex-space project in North Austin.
Endeavor delivers IKEA and the University Oaks project in Round Rock for their first Austin-area location.
2006
Endeavor acquires Chase Tower, its first Downtown high-rise acquisition.
2005
Completes Phase I of Southpark Meadows, what will ultimately become Austin’s largest retail center including 283,316 SF of retail space anchored by a Walmart Supercenter. Phase I covered 35 acres and marked the beginning of what would become a 435-acre assemblage master planned mixed-use development.
2003
Endeavor commences work on the first phase of the Domain. In response to the crash of the technology sector in 2000, the team transformed its original vision for a five-million-square-foot office campus into an ambitious plan for a high-density, vertically integrated mixed-use development.
2000
Acquires Westech 360 Office Complex - 180,000 SF and the former Radian Campus on MoPac for redevelopment (Reunion Park).
1999
Endeavor is founded by Bryce Miller, Andy Pastor, Jeff Newberg, Kirk Rudy, and David Roche.
310 acres are purchased in North Austin IBM’s former manufacturing campus and future site of Domain.
Acquires 22-acre Rollingwood Center site.
