Longhorn Steakhouse purchased a 1 acre pad site at Southpark Meadows Ill in Austin from Endeavor Real Estate Group for $1 million.

The site is on Interstate Highway 35 in front of Sam’s Club within the Southpark Meadows Ill shopping center. The pad will be the new home of a 6,000-square-foot Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant.

Will Majors of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the seller. Neil Kieschnick of United ommercial Realty represented the buyer.
