As Senior Vice President

  • Will is responsible for Office and Industrial project leasing for institutional third-party clients as well as tenant representation. 

Since joining Endeavor 

  • Will was part of the leasing team for the ground-up office development of 901 E 6th Street, Rollingwood Center III, and Domain 2.5.  
  • He was an integral part of the leasing team for the repositioning and renovations of Cielo Center, Riata Corporate Park, and 816 Congress.
  • He has represented many institutional owners on the leasing of industrial assets in Austin’s major submarkets.  
  • Will has partnered with the following institutional ownership groups:  Clarion Partners, KKR, Lionstone Investments, Longpoint Realty Partners, Long Wharf Capital LLC, Northwood Investors, Regent Properties, Starwood Capital Group, and Westmount Realty. 
  • He has also represented national, regional and local companies with their office and industrial facility needs throughout Central Texas. 
  • Prior to joining Endeavor Will worked on the acquisitions team for an independent real estate investment management firm that served a broad range of investors through multiple discretionary and non-discretionary investment vehicles.  He also worked at HFF where he completed and closed over 130 transactions totaling more than $2 billion in volume spanning office, industrial, retail and multi-housing assets.
